BINGHAMTON (AP) - Gov. Andrew Cuomo says he is sending more assets to New York’s southern tier region.
The governor notes the Binghamton area was among the hardest hit by Tuesday’s snowstorm.
The National Weather Service says 31.3 inches blanketed the region.
