We're Getting Special, Patrollers! The DVD Patrol is taking a break from DVDS for another round of movies that are on the way in the weeks and months ahead. The Toddster thought it would be a good idea to give you a heads-up of some that are on the radar. The first one is coming in.
The Transporter Refueled (June 19)- You always want to make sure you obey the rules. Never changing the deal, no names, and never looking in the package are 3 rules that have served Frank Martin (Ed Skrein) pretty well. When Frank gets a new job transporting 3 beautiful women, no one said this job would ever be easy. There are those who're always trying to stop him and now it's about to get even more personal. The people who are trying to stop Frank have also taken out some insurance to ensure he won't be successful. They've taken Frank's Father (Ray Stevenson) hostage. Can Frank get the job done and save his Father in the process? The new Transporter hits the road June 19.
Ant-Man (July 17)- A person's life can take an unexpected turn that can start out bad but there's a chance that it can turn into something good. Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) was a thief who was stealing to make a better life for himself and his little girl. He made a mistake and went to jail for his crimes. Now, he's been picked by a mysterious scientist named Hank Pym (Micheal Douglas) to take on a special sort of job to get back what rightfully belongs to him. His company and technology have been taken. With Scott's help, Pym has invented a special suit that can enable a man to shrink, communicate with insects, and have his strength increased. Scott isn't sure what to make of it all. Pym convinces him that he's doing the right thing and he can become a hero even in his daughter's eyes. Will Scott be able to pull off the impossible? New from Marvel, this one looks like another hit for Marvel in theaters July 17.
