NEW BERLIN – On Saturday, Oct. 13, 7 p.m. at the Unadilla Valley Central School Auditorium the New Berlin Art Forum proudly presents award-winning International Illusionist, Leon Etienne, who is an accomplished Magical Arts Performer. His interest in the art of magic began at the age of 12. One year later while playing in a baseball game, Etienne was very lucky to have survived being struck by lighting. Today, Etienne has well over a decade of professional performing experience. His love and passion for the art of magic has taken him all over the globe, performing nationally in entertainment hotspots across the U.S., and internationally in Germany, Ireland, Wales, Australia, and at the world-famous magic circle in London, England. Etienne’s performances have also won him several prestigious magic and community awards, including three-time CNY Magician of the Year from the International Brotherhood of Magicians, Ring 101. He has also won the title of Stage Magic Champion from the Magicians’ Alliance of Eastern States.

Etienne will perform a scaled-down version of his critically acclaimed show which features everything from Vegas-style illusions to award-winning sleight of hand, and has been selling out major theaters in communities and on university campuses to rave reviews. His show is high energy, filled with incredible magic and appeals to young and old alike. “I am very much looking forward to performing in New Berlin. The Art Forum has been a pleasure to work with and is committed to putting on world class events in the area,” Etienne says. His impressive tricks, audience interaction, charisma and humor make for an outstanding show.
