Grand opening for new downtown business

Commerce Chenango President and CEO Maureen Carpenter, Charles Behrmann with niece Lillian, Lilly Bean owners Sara, with son Collin, and Jennifer Behrmann, Mayor Joe Maiurano and Planning and Community Development Specialist Todd Dreyer were on hand Monday morning for the official grand opening and ribbon cutting at the Lilly Bean second-hand children’s clothing store, 12 South Broad Street.
